Everything worth knowing before you set off for PVA EXPO Praha Letňany — from tickets to travel, the cloakroom and the house rules. The on-site programme is in Czech; English-language talks or interpreting have not been confirmed.
When, where and how much
EroFest 2027 takes place on 23–24 April 2027, Friday and Saturday, at PVA EXPO Praha Letňany, Beranových 667, 199 00 Praha 9 — Letňany. Opening hours published in the official booking system: 23 April 2027 13:00–03:00 (the following day); 24 April 2027 11:00–03:00 (the following day). Individual performance times are listed in the programme.
Tickets start at CZK 1,000 in the advance sale; prices at the door are higher. Every ticket includes entry to the expo, the whole main-stage programme, the talks in the Pink Education Zone and the afterparty. Tickets to the Special Zone and to Alterno Chambers are sold separately and do not get you into the expo on their own — you always need an ordinary ticket alongside them.
Tickets are sold online in the official advance sale. You pay by card or bank transfer, the ticket reaches you by e-mail with a QR code, and at the entrance you exchange it for an identification wristband, which you should wear visibly throughout the event.
Visitors must be aged 18 or over. A person under 18 is admitted only in the company of their legal guardian, who remains fully responsible for them. You may be asked for photo ID at the entrance.
The easiest route is metro line C to its final stop, Letňany, followed by a walk. By car, use Beranových 667, 199 00 Praha 9 — Letňany in your navigation. Check the current 2027 parking conditions before travelling; details are below.

Buy your ticket online in the official advance sale — prices at the door are higher. The price list and a category comparison are on the Tickets page.
Entry from 18
Visitors must be aged 18 or over. Anyone younger is admitted only in the company of their legal guardian, who remains fully responsible for them. You may be asked for photo ID at the gate.
What is the difference between the ticket categories?
Standard includes the Main Stage programme, talks and afterparty. Stage-side Seating adds reserved seating below the main stage; VIP gives access to the lounge with its own bar. The Special Zone and Alterno Chambers require an add-on alongside ordinary fair admission. Golden Ticket includes all zones and VIP; confirm its additional services for 2027 before booking. Will I have an assigned seat?
No — a seating ticket is not tied to a particular seat, so you sit wherever you feel comfortable. There are plenty of chairs, so you will not be short of choice.
Do I need a special ticket for the afterparty?
You don't. Anyone who has bought a ticket to EroFest can stay for the afterparty until the small hours.
Can I pop out and come back in?
Under the existing rules, re-entry requires a pass from the Information desk or cloakroom. It cost CZK 100 at the previous edition; the 2027 price is still to be confirmed.
Is there a discount for disability (ZTP) card holders?
Holders of a Czech ZTP disability card buy a standard ticket but are entitled to bring one companion free of charge. PVA EXPO is step-free throughout; only the VIP lounge is reached by stairs.
Can I return a ticket I have bought?
Tickets cannot be returned — they are a leisure service supplied on a specific date, to which the right of withdrawal does not apply under Section 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code. The terms and conditions set this out in full.
At the venue
Entrance to the grounds
The previous edition used entrance hall no. 1 from car park P2. The entrance hall and exhibition layout for 2027 will be confirmed before the event.
Cloakroom
At the previous edition, the cloakroom charged CZK 50 for clothing and CZK 100 for a backpack; a re-entry pass cost CZK 100. Operation, location and prices for 2027 are still to be confirmed. These historical amounts are not the current price list.
Food and drink
There is a dedicated food and drink area on site. You may not bring your own drinks or food into the grounds.
Photos and filming
Feel free to take photos and video for your own private use. Commercial recording needs the organiser's permission or official accreditation — see For media.
Step-free access
PVA EXPO is step-free throughout; only the VIP lounge is reached by stairs. Holders of a Czech ZTP disability card are entitled to one companion free of charge.
Information desk
You will find the Information desk right by the entrance — it helps with directions, re-entry passes and anything else during the event.
Getting there and parking
By metro
The easiest route: metro line C to the end of the line, Letňany. From the station it is roughly a 10-minute walk to the exhibition grounds.
By bus
Several city bus routes run from Letňany metro station to the grounds — get off at Výstaviště Letňany, right by the entrance.
By car and parking
Set your navigation to Beranových 667, Praha 9. Parking is available by the exhibition grounds; parking areas and the entrance hall for 2027 will be confirmed later. The previously published all-day parking price of CZK 200 is not a confirmed 2027 price — check the venue’s current conditions before travelling.

Age limit 18+
Entry is permitted to people aged 18 and over. A person under 18 is admitted only in the company of their legal guardian, who remains fully responsible for them. Have photo ID ready in case you are checked at the gate.
Photos and video at the event
Photographs and video are taken at the event and may be published afterwards. You may record only for your own private use.
Identification wristband
At the entrance you are given a wristband that replaces your ticket — wear it visibly the whole time. Taking it off voids your right of entry.
What to leave at home
Weapons, fireworks, your own drinks and food, drugs and animals have no place on the grounds. Security may search bags at the entrance.
