Sell straight from the stand

How taking part works

Step 01: Ask us for the deck
Drop us an email and we will send you the fair deck, the current price list and an overview of the space still available.

Step 02: Choose your space and location
Retail or non-retail, how many square metres, and where: by the stage, somewhere quieter, or in the B2B area. We will tell you what works best for your kind of product.

Step 03: Order the stand and services
Add a turnkey standard stand or a bespoke build to your space, along with power, internet, furniture and any marketing services.

Step 04: Sign the contract and get your briefing
You confirm your place by signing the contract electronically. Before the event we send you the logistics briefing covering deliveries, build-up and how the fair runs.

Floor space, stand construction and promotion all go into one form. At the end you sign with your finger or your mouse and get the signed contract to download straight away.

Price list and documents
We send the fair deck, the current price list for 2027 and a draft participation contract by email — together with hall floor plans and photos from past editions. Just write to us; „Price list and deck — EroFest 2027“ in the subject line is enough.
Exhibitor FAQ
When is the best time to apply?
As early as you can — space is allocated as applications come in, and the sought-after spots by the stage go first. Write to us and we will send you what is currently still free.
What is included in the price of the space?
The floor space itself and passes for the people staffing your stand — one pass for every square metre you book. On top of that there is a one-off registration fee of CZK 2,000. Stand construction, electricity, internet and water are ordered separately.
Who builds the stand?
Whoever you like. Order a turnkey standard stand — perimeter walls, a fascia with your name, lighting and carpet — or a bespoke build to your own design. You are also welcome to bring your own stand with you.
Can I sell directly from the stand?
Yes — selling on site is one of the main reasons to be here. You either pay the standard rate per square metre, or nothing at all and hand over 20% of your takings through a card terminal provided by the organiser. For food and drink the share is 25% of takings.
How does power and internet work?
You order the connections together with the space: power from CZK 2,000 (2 kW covers a normal stand with a till and a laptop), Wi-Fi for CZK 2,000, wired internet for CZK 3,000, water and waste for CZK 4,000.
When do deliveries and build-up happen?
Exact times for deliveries, build-up and dismantling go out in the logistics briefing before the event — always with enough time to get your stand ready.
Does everything I sell have to be erotic?
Not at all. Alongside erotic brands we host companies from design, fashion, wellness and technology. What matters is that your presence fits an event made strictly for an adult audience.
