Exhibitor application

One form for everything you need. Fill in your billing details, then pick what you are ordering from us: exhibition space, stand construction, promotion — one part of it, or all three. At the end you sign and get your contract to keep.

How the application works

  1. Fill in your company details

    Billing details and a contact person. We always need this part — without it we cannot issue the contract or the invoice.

  2. Choose what you are ordering

    Tick one or more parts: exhibition space, stand construction, marketing services. You have to choose at least one.

  3. Fill in the parts you chose

    Only what you ticked will open up. We build stands on your own space, so stand construction comes with exhibition space; promotion can be ordered on its own.

  4. Sign and send

    Sign with your finger or your mouse, hit send, and download the contract straight away.

Fields marked as required have to be filled in; the rest are optional. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Billing details

Give the details exactly as they appear in the commercial register — they go on the contract and on the invoice.

The full legal name, including the legal form — for example Example Company Ltd.

This is the name you will appear under in the exhibitor list, on your stand fascia and in promotional materials.

Eight digits for Czech companies. Companies registered abroad should give their equivalent number.

Exhibition space

optional part

Renting your spot in the hall. Choose the kind of stand you are running, its dimensions, and the connections you need. The registration fee is always added to the space.

Kind of stand (required)

Choose the one that fits what you do. A retail stand has two ways to pay — per square metre, or a share of your takings. Food and drink always pay a share of takings. Non-retail stands always pay per square metre.

Stand type (required)

A row stand is open on one side, a corner stand on two, an island stand on all of them.

Enter the width and depth in metres. We will work out the area for you.

Where you would like to be

We will do what we can. The final layout is decided by the organiser according to what the hall allows.

Registration fee

A one-off fee paid by every exhibitor. It is added automatically.

Power connections

The kW figure is the maximum draw at any one moment — everything switched on at once. For a normal stand with a laptop, a till and a kettle, 2 kW is plenty.

Internet

You can have both at once. For a card terminal we recommend the wired connection.

Water and waste

Needed for stands serving food and drink, and for any kitchen unit.

Your team at the fair

That means you and anyone else who will be staffing the stand. You get one free pass for every square metre of your space — so a 2 × 2 m stand comes with 4 passes. If that is not enough, you can buy more.

Each extra pass costs CZK 1,000 per person.

Stand construction

optional part

We will build you a turnkey stand or one to your own design, and hire you the furniture. We only build on space rented from us in § 1. The build price does not include electricity or any other connections — those are in the Exhibition space part. If you don't order a power supply, the spotlights and sockets will not be installed.

Turnkey standard stand

Stands A to C come with perimeter walls, a ceiling grid, a fascia carrying your name, a counter, spotlights and grey carpet. The larger stands D to G are built to your design.

Counter style

The counter comes with the standard stand — just pick the style. No extra charge.

Graphics on the stand fascia

Enter the length of the fascia in linear metres. The artwork doesn't have to be uploaded now — it can follow later.

Priced per linear metre of fascia. You do not have to upload the artwork when you order — it can follow later.

Optional. We accept an image, a PDF or print-ready files up to 20 MB.

Bespoke stand build

We will build the stand to your design. Enter the number of square metres and any extras you need.

Optional. We accept an image or a PDF up to 10 MB. You can also send it by email later.

Furniture to hire

Enter a quantity next to the items you want. An empty field means you don't want that item.

Bespoke stand build

A stand built to your own design. It helps to attach a floor plan to the order.

Graphics and vinyl

Printing, application and removal of the graphics are all included in the price.

Solid counters

Solid counters, no glazing.

Glass counter display case with one shelf

A glazed counter with one shelf; lockable sliding doors can be added.

Glass display cabinet — 2 glass shelves

A tall glass display case; extra shelves can be added.

Shelving mounted into the stand wall

The shelf unit is mounted directly into the stand wall.

Lockable cabinet

Lockable storage for the belongings of the stand staff.

Shelves and leaflet holders

Fittings for displaying goods and printed matter on the stand walls.

Tables and chairs

Seating for your staff and for meetings with customers.

Additional technical equipment

Lighting, power and equipment. Spotlights and sockets are installed only if a power supply has been ordered in the exhibition space section.

Other equipment

Coat racks, bins and stand flooring.

Kitchen equipment

For stands serving refreshments. A sink and water heater also need a water and drainage connection ordered in the exhibition space section.

Marketing services

optional part

Get noticed beyond your stand — from a feature in the printed brochure through banners and LED screens all the way to partnering the whole event. Promotion can be ordered on its own, without exhibition space and without a stand.

Individual branding at the fair

Individual advertising spaces and formats around the grounds and in print. Tick to select; each item can be ordered once.

Services ordered by the unit

Items where you enter a quantity; the price is multiplied by the number you enter.

Fair partnerships

The highest level of cooperation — the partner’s brand becomes part of the communication for the whole event. The exact scope is agreed individually.

Section and zone branding

The partner’s brand carries a whole zone or side event. Each zone can have only one partner.

Czech Erotic Awards

Partnership of the Czech Erotic Awards ceremony, plus a seat at the VIP table.

A binding order for participation in EroFest 2027. An electronic participation form under Section 1746(2) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, concluded between the exhibitor and FOTION, s.r.o.. The contract is concluded in Czech and the Czech wording is the binding one; this English text is provided for your understanding.
