EroFest 2027 accommodation and parking: what to check before booking

When planning your EroFest stay, choose the right nights first, then your hotel and journey back from the evening programme. The fair takes place on 23–24 April 2027 at PVA EXPO Praha Letňany. This guide helps you prepare a booking while special hotel discounts remain unconfirmed.

Which night to book

If you visit on Friday and stay overnight after the programme, look for Friday 23 to Saturday 24 April. For a Saturday visit, the night is Saturday 24 to Sunday 25 April. To stay after both evenings, compare a Friday-to-Sunday stay. These are planning examples; adjust the start of your stay to your own arrival.

The official Reenio booking system lists Friday admission from 13:00 and Saturday admission from 11:00, both until 03:00 the following day. After Saturday’s evening programme, you may therefore be leaving on Sunday morning. Ask your hotel about check-in, overnight access and check-out. Arrange any luggage storage or late check-out in advance; this guide does not confirm them as included services.

Compare the same stay dates, number of guests and room type. Check whether breakfast, parking and any other charges are included. A cheaper offer with different cancellation conditions may not fit your travel plans.

Confirm any discount for your dates

The EROFEST2026 code and the older EROFEST code in the archive are not confirmed 2027 offers. We do not have a confirmed new code to publish here. If the hotel offers a visitor discount, check which nights and rooms it covers, the booking deadline and whether you can change or cancel the stay. Rely on the offer the provider confirms before you pay.

Parking and getting back after the evening programme

By car, use Beranových 667, Prague 9. Before travelling, check the current entrance hall, parking area, price and any overnight parking conditions. The historical CZK 200 rate below is not a confirmed 2027 parking price. Treat hotel parking and exhibition-ground parking as separate arrangements.

For public transport, look up a journey for the date and time you will actually leave. A route that works for an afternoon arrival may not have the same connections at night. If you plan to use a hotel transfer, confirm the return journey after the programme too; a mention of transport to the fair alone does not promise it.

Parking

The exhibition centre sits on the feeder road of the D8 motorway from Teplice, Dresden and Berlin, which forms part of Prague’s expressway ring. What to type into your sat nav: Beranových 667, or the GPS coordinates 50°7’46.54”N, 14°30’51.48”E.

There is parking for up to 700 cars inside the PVA EXPO PRAHA grounds and 2500 spaces in the immediate vicinity of the exhibition centre. All-day parking for a car (up to 3.5 t) inside the grounds costs CZK 200.
